Refund policy

We offer free returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for products that are confirmed to have a factory defect. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must have a visible manufacturing defect, and the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. All requests must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
