Refund policy

We offer free returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. That's right: Free Refund!

To be eligible for a return and exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. All requests must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

To request a return and exchange, please contact us at Sales@routesandrootstoys.com or text us on +961 70 04 81 80. Once your request is received we will arrange a courier pickup from your address for a 5$ transportation fee.

We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
